Gavin Castelle was born the only child of Amalia Castelle (Might Miss) and Dillon Frampton (the Original Insect inspector).

Gavin can propel himself at almost limitless speeds. Due to a thin energy field surrounding his body - Gavin is impervious to inertia. 

When Gavin was very young he (while hiking in the Vesus Mt. Ranges of Sythe with his parents) was struck my an energy blast - Originally presumed to be lightning from a Thelasium Star Cloud. Later, it would be discovered that the energy blast was trans-dimensional in nature.

Soon after - Gavin began displaying the abilities of speed he would become known for.
