Harvey "Harv" Noelman was born the only child of Fray Zen and Martin Marbles.
Harv can conjure powerful blasts of energy by accessing temporal eddies. The stylet cuffs he wears (designed by the artificial intelligence W.E.T.A.) can both enhance and subdue his abilities. 

When Harv was attending his 2nd year of academic study and living among the indigenous lifeforms of the planet X-trun - he was exposed to a rare radioactive material that shifted him out of sync with his reality. The journey lasted only what seemed to be a moment to him and his colleagues - however -- within a matter of hours- he experienced drastic fluctuations in his molecular structure.

Harv was asked and declined to join the Heroes of the Insect World organization due to his feelings toward a founding member: Pammela Lent (Rosey Rose).
